CDH Consulting was founded in 2020 and works with our clients, both independently and through a wide range of associates, who are recognised experts in their field, to help our clients achieve their full potential through projects such as; Strategic Planning, Transformation and Organisational Change and specific Business Development Campaigns.

Our business is based on strong values of credibility and integrity and we will only accept commissions where we believe we can offer demonstrable value for our clients. 

Our skills and capabilities are derived from decades of experience in science and engineering research and manufacturing industry with a particular focus on Defence and Security. We have worked extensively with Industry, Government and Academia and recognise the fact that the highest pace of innovation takes place at the intersections of these three client groups.
